The box is in a larger box colored cadet blue, and next to the Fox logo box are the words " 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment ", spanning across three lines. The logo then fades to black.
The company was renamed Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment (also called Fox Home Entertainment) on March 16, 1995 with the addition to Fox Video of distribution operations, three other labels (Fox Kids Networks, CBS Videos, CBS/Fox Videos) and two new media units, Fox Interactive, Magnet Interactive Studios.
In March 1982, Fox changed the name of its home video enterprise to 20th Century Fox Home Video. By then Blay had been ousted and veteran Fox executive Steve Roberts — who had struck the initial licensing deal with Magnetic — was placed in charge in his capacity as president and CEO of Twentieth Century Fox Telecommunications.
20th Century Fox Home Entertainment was the home entertainment division of 20th Century Fox (now 20th Century Studios) and its related divisions Fox Searchlight Pictures and Blue Sky Studios.
The company was founded as 20th Century-Fox on May 31, 1935, as a result of a merger between the film companies 20th Century Pictures and Fox Film Corporation. The structure was introduced without any searchlights (despite the fact that the on-screen logo used them) in their first print logo.
The Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, LLC moniker has been reduced to copyright holder for future 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures home media releases, while it takes the "20th Century Studios Home Entertainment" name; as revealed on its official site and Twitter page.
