The BD Accuri C6 automatically runs the decontamination fluid cycle when the system is shut down normally. The decontamination fluid cycle lasts about 15 minutes. To manually run the decontamination fluid cycle: Place a tube with 2mL of 0.22 µm filtered, DI water on the SIP. Select Instrument > Run decontamination fluid cycle.
