We had a issue with one of the speakers damaged by the freight company , we left a message at Accusound and within the hour the owner of the company was on the phone to me very apologetic ( even though it wasn't Accusound s fault) and he had dispatched another speaker the same day . Now that's excellent service !!!! Similar opinion?
