The manual covers this actually, by saying something about protocols not matching and in those cases charging won’t work. In fact, not only does USB-C output work, but this laptop was able to negotiate 5V and 12V output from the Acebeam X50 Searchlight. So while I was unable to log it, please take comfort in knowing that it does work!

Short Review of the Acebeam E70-AL This is a very interesting design on a neat 21700 flashlight by Acebeam. The E70-AL has a bunch of unusual features (namely slots for tritium). Output is great, the user interface is fine (double click for on!).
The Acebeam 21700 battery with USB-C rechargeable port is an great option for L19 to save you one more charger's cost. Delivered reliable, powerful lighting for a long range of situations, it is perfect for tactical use, hunting use, outdoor use, professional use, security, & law enforcement.
