Pandora built its new Apple Watch app from the ground up with features that include remote access playback, the option to favorite songs right from the Now Playing screen, and, most importantly, offline playback. Apple Watch owners who use Pandora will be able to listen to the streaming music service without an internet connection.
Once your Bluetooth headphones are paired, head to the Apple Music app on your Watch, tap Library and choose your music. From here, your Apple Watch will go ahead and begin streaming music over its LTE or Wi-Fi radio, independent of your iPhone. On Apple Watch models supporting LTE, you can even stream Apple Music radio stations such as Beats 1.
You can also sync music , podcasts, or audiobooks from your iPhone to your watch. Then you can play the content on your watch without your iPhone nearby, even if your watch is not connected to Wi-Fi or cellular. You need Bluetooth headphones or speakers to listen to music or other audio on your Apple Watch.
