Babson Brothers of Chicago is known in insulator collecting circles mainly for their Surge electric fence insulators. This common insulator is shaped like a small CD 154 (e.g. Hemingray-42) and was manufactured by Hemingray in the 1940s and 50s in clear glass, with a few in light straw. Babson Bros have been around a long time.
