Jan 29, 2015 . I bought a complete set of Baja Designs wiring harnesses, with a key switch, rectifier and signal module, for my new to me 1996 XR400. This bike had an old BD kit that was in rough shape. I got into the install today and I'm at a stopping point because they did not send me an installation manual for the XR400 dual sport kit. There does not appear to be one for this bike anywhere on their website.

The finite element analysis (FEA) is also done on the roll cage for validating the design. Initially, a preliminary design of the roll cage was made as a 3-D model using CAD. The designed Baja vehicle is an off-road vehicle powered by 350 cc, four strokes, 10 BHP engine, driven by manual transmission.
