The preamp controls and interactivity require minimal learning (like, reading the supplied manual, and sitting down with the amp for 5-10 minutes). In any case, there are NO bad settings, even with Bass at 0 and Treble at 10 (or vice-versa).

The Roseland Head + Cab in black is a dream, and I’d rather prefer it to a combo. The combo was already a big flex on the budget. Especially in Europ. But with the Head & Cab configuration it‘s more a COLOSSAL amount money : 6640€ (7850$). The only downside to me of Bartel amp, is having the knob on top.

It's the bass that determines if it's a Fender BF (3 o'clock), Fender Tweed (noon) or Plexi (7-9 o'clock).
