You need to multiply this number by. 40 in order to determine the reserve current available for use with your power amplifier. ALTERNATOR = 80 AMPS 80 X .40 = 32 AMPS. Bass Inferno is made by db audio a super high quality company and quite overlooked. lets cut to the chase.....i bought two 10 inch 1500 w Bass Inferno dvc subs. i put them in a bandpass box with 4 ports. at 4 ohms with 800 rms pounding hard into it. the box took a little adjusting as the subs slammed and really pushed its limits.
