Disconnect wand from grip trigger handle. Turn machine on & press trigger. Check for spray at the small spray tip where the water comes out. If there is spray. Clean out spray tip on tool using a paper clip. Wand pieces and tool needs to be pressed firmly together. If not spraying: Remove solution tank. Verify the red gasket is correctly attached to the cap on the bottom of the tank.

If there are no issues with your Little Green's solution tank, check if the machine has lost its prime. Turn the machine off and take out the upholstery tool. While the machine is off, press the trigger for 30 seconds. Turn the machine back on, press the trigger, and push into the center of the solution tank. Check if the machine sprays.

Press trigger on handle several times to get it to spring back. Check for continous spray again. The flow indicator may spin when not pulling trigger due to airflow. Press trigger down and hold down for 30 seconds. Then press and unpress trigger several times. Has this resolved the issue?

First, check to make sure the clean tank has water and/or the water & formula mixture in the tank. If your tank is empty, this could be the reason your machine is not spraying. You will need to fill your clean tank again. Reseat the tank and ensure it sits snug on the machine. 2.8K views.

Not sure why someone said it was too big. The Bissell hand held machine is not good on stairs because it sprays water everywhere but the Big Green hose attachment works great and is easy to use. It keeps the water within the width of the nozzle.

Reinsert the tank into the machine, making sure it fits snugly in the machine. If the tank is even slightly dislodged, water cannot get into the machine.
