As a general requirement for enrolling in Cair2, your organization/site must meet one of the following criteria: a) Administer immunizations b) Have a valid need to know patient/client/student immunization status If you are unsure whether your organization/site is eligible to use Cair2 please contact your Local Cair Representative (LCR).
The Local Cair Representative (LCR) for your region will contact you if they need additional information. If you do not hear from your LCR within 10 business days, or if you have any questions about your application, feel free to contact your Local Cair Representative.
For additional information, contact the Cair Help Desk at 800-578-7889 or Cair[email protected]. Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays. EZIZ – An online toolkit with information and resources for pharmacists providing immunization services. EZIZ is operated by the California Department of Public Health.
Immunization registries can benefit children, adults, doctors and nurses, health plans, schools, communities and states. Registries consolidate an individual’s immunizations from all doctors and clinics into one record so the person has a reliable immunization history available even when they move or switch health care.
