Starbucks Birthday Cake Pop Recipe Directions. Make the Vanilla Cake. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 9×13 baking pan. In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs, one at a time; mixing after each egg to incorporate. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
On average, a box of Cake mix will yield about 48 Cake pops. If you don’t want that many (although we think there’s no such thing as too many Cake pops!), you can always freeze whatever Cake is left over and use it in the future.
Instructions Combine ice cream, Cake mix, vanilla extract, and milk in a blender and blend on medium speed until thoroughly combined and smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and mix in sprinkles. When ready to serve, run luke warm water over popsicles molds for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
