When your replacement ships, you should receive a tracking number within 2 business days. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your replacement. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please let us know. I have a tracking number, but the package isn’t showing any progress.
Corsair is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping to an RMA location. If possible, use the original packaging material to pack the product for return. If the original packaging is unavailable, you should use packing materials that provide the same or greater protection to the product.
