The Datascan System can support up to 32 Measurement Processors, Gateway or Timer Counter modules connected to a RS485 Network. Each expandable Measurement Processor, 7010 or 7300 can support up to 256 channels via its scanner expansion bus.
Nissan Datascan II also supports wideband Air/Fuel ratio meters from Innovate Motorsports. A second serial port is used to connect to the controller and collect data. The data from the wideband meter can be displayed or logged in conjunction with other engine parameters using the Data Logging function.
Go to Help->Activation to open the Activation window. Enter your name and registration email address. Click on the Generate Code button to generate your Registration Code. The main window provides access to all functions of Nissan Datascan II software. Some functions are available “off line” when not connected to an ECU. Other functions are only available when a connection with an ECU has been established. The top menu gives access to specific ECU functions and program settings.
