Community Provider Manuals DBHDD publishes its expectations, requirements, and standards for community providers via policies and the respective Behavioral Health or Developmental Disabilities Provider Manuals. The manuals are updated quarterly throughout each fiscal year (July – June) and are posted one month prior to the effective date.
This section also contains billing instructions, as well as pertinent procedure codes and fee schedules. Click on the link to the Department of Health's Medicaid Update website. This monthly publication is mailed to active providers, and informs providers of up-to-date changes in the Medicaid Program.
The online version of the Manual is updated quarterly to incorporate any policies transmitted via policy bulletins since the last Manual update. If you would like to receive a CD version of the Medicaid Provider Manual, you will need to submit a request to MDHHS.
