That ESC is one that HH packages with some of their planes (1.2 m T-28 for example) and does not have a manual. I'm pretty sure that it will run the Power10 on its default settings.

Eflite ESC programming - RC Groups

I also have an E-FLITE Commander and needed to program the ESC for a lower voltage cut-off because I use LiFe power batteries. I tried the method in this thread describing other E-FLITE ESCs but that did not work. Also I could not find a manual for it on the Horizon site.
