Hi. Every few days, our modem & wifi are rebooted. The cam then shows to be offline - “Indoor Cam is Offline”. I can look at the Xfinity modem and it shows that the cam is connected by wifi. The only way I can get the cam to connect to the phone app again is powering it off then on again. This is a remote camera so I can’t always power cycle it. Help! Thanks!

The eufy 2K Pan and Tilt camera is very easy to install. I opened the app, tapped the three-bar icon in the upper left corner of the home screen, and selected My Devices. I then tapped the plus icon in the upper right corner and selected Indoor Cam Pan & Tilt from the list.
After being powered on, the eufy Indoor Cam will be connected to the system. When it is successfully connected, the status LED will turn solid blue. Rotate the eufy Indoor Cam to adjust the view and check it using the live stream which you can access in the eufy Security app.
Connect the eufy Indoor Cam to a power outlet using the provided USB cable and USB adapter. After being powered on, the eufy Indoor Cam will be connected to the system. When it is successfully connected, the status LED will turn solid blue.

Firmly screw the base of the mounting bracket onto the wall. Fasten the ball knob of the bracket to the base of the bracket. Tighten eufyCam 2C to the mounting bracket and adjust the viewing angle by checking the live stream feed in the eufy Security app.
