The FIJI project was presented publicly for the first time at the ImageJ User and Developer Conference in November 2008. The MBF ImageJ bundle or ImageJ for Microscopy (formerly WCIF-ImageJ) features a collection of plugins and macros, collated and organized by Tony Collins at the MacBiophotonics facility, McMaster University.
