• Is the gamersnexus ring terminal compatible with PC valet?

  GamersNexus, LLC has no affiliation with PC Valet nor this product. You must buy these separately, and must research the safety and usage instructions of such products independently. In a use case such as this, you would attach the ring terminal to one of the ground standoffs above, then use the washer to secure it in place.

• What kind of socket does a gamersnexus modmat use?

  The first generation GamersNexus Anti-Static Modmat includes a 10mm female snap socket in one corner. The Ground Point can attach to the metal socket, illustrated above, by simply lining-up the socket and stud, then snapping them together.

• What are the silhouettes on the gamersnexus modmat?

  The GamersNexus Medium Modmat has two video card silhouettes for easy tracking of disassembled parts, especially as cards grow increasingly complex. With the silhouettes facing each way, it’s easy to track internal and external video card screws so that you don’t end up with any “extras.”

• How does the gamersnexus medium anti static modmat work?

  The GamersNexus Medium Modmat includes a free male common ground point (10mm stud, 6' cable) with two receptacles for banana plugs, compatible with our included anti-static wrist strap. Static electricity will be grounded through the wrist strap, dispersed through the inner layer of the mat, and grounded to the wall through the common ground point.

  The GamersNexus Modmat was designed by our team for use in tear-downs, PC builds, and enthusiast projects. The modmat is a 4' x 2' surface, using anti-static, rubberized material that stays in place and protects your components from electro-static discharge with its included common ground point and anti-static wrist strap.

  The three Modmats currently available include the 'Original’ Large Modmat, the ‘Original’ Medium Modmat, and the new ‘Volt’ Large Modmat.
