Dec 28, 2018 . I had this issue, if everything is plugged in AND your pen is charged but still not working. Try clicking the button on the pen (not the right or left side) Right in the middle, it should be a slightly deeper click. This will turn your pen back on, and make sure to have mouse mode OFF otherwise your pen will act strangely while trying to draw. Hope this helps -someone who had to keep their pen …

1) ONLY Right-click GAOMON driver in the system tray and select 'Exit' to stop the driver, but NOT clicking the X at the right upper corner of GAOMON driver interface to close the driver. 2) Right-click GAOMON driver icon on the desktop, and then select 'Run as administrator'.

The battery placed into the pen is in a wrong direction. 1) Unscrew the stylus. 2) Put a new battery into the pen in the correct direction: the cathode (-) towards the top of the stylus while the anode (+) towards the nib. 3) Screw back the stylus.

FIRST, make sure your connections, especially into your GAOMON are fully inserted. Click on the GAOMON icon on your desktop or taskbar to open up the window for the driver you installed.

All of them are based on GAOMON S56K tablet. Recommend you to try all the solutions one by one until the stylus works. The battery is in a wrong direction in the stylus holder. The battery is in low electricity. The pen doesn’t power on. The nib gets stuck. There are two ways to judge whether the driver recognizes the computer or not.
Here are the suggestions. To re-install the GAOMON driver by correct steps. To plug into another USB port on the computer. To change a new mini/micro USB cable. To move the cursor by using your tablet pen without the driver. To change to work on another computer.
After the driver is given privileges successfully, ‘Administrator privileges’ will disappear from GAOMON driver interface. Then your tablet will work. There are two methods to give GAOMON driver privileges to allow this app to make changes to your computer.
