GearBest Warranty is a joke. October last year I bought a Cube i7 Stylus from GearBest. Sixty days later the tablet refused to start or charge anymore. GearBest usually honours its warranty (for the first six months) if you have purchased through paypal. Basically they have NO option if they want to continue business with them. Did you purchase with Paypal? If yes, did you open a case? If you purchased without Paypal, you are out of luck. GearBest is not Amazon. If they can scam you, they will.

GearBest is basically a fraudulent operation and deserves all the negative publicity it's receiving. I strongly suspect that the positive reviews here are also fake. Avoid this company, it's a scam. Nothing. I never received the item, as it was never sent.
For incomplete warranty requests, GearBest reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (RMA form), sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again GearBest reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
The RMA status will become “Waiting To Receive Your Package” after you submit the tracking number. GearBest will change the status to “RMA Processing” once GearBest receives and checks your returned package. Our Customer Service will arrange either an exchange, refund, repair, or compensation (points) according to what was agreed in the tickets.
