As a comparison, UV light is emitted by arc welding. Looking at it with naked eye for a few seconds causes a headache sensation in back of the eyes.

Apply a thin coat of GEL Polish Top Coat from cuticle to free edge. Place hand in UV Lamp for 2 minutes or 30 seconds for LED light. Wipe of the tacky surface with nail cleanser and lint free nail wipes. Massage cuticle oil to the skin surrounding the nail.
