Place the patties on the preheated George Foreman grill and close the lid. Allow the burgers to grill until they're cooked through. Repeat this process as many times as it takes -- some George Foreman grills can only cook two burgers at a time, while larger versions might be able to cook three or four patties.
Preheat George Foreman Grill for at least 5 minutes on high with lid closed. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper and grill for approximately 4-6 minutes.
You can either wash them by hand with warm soapy water or pop the removable plates and drip tray in the dishwasher. That being said, it has been said that they may be a little harder to clean, especially the waffle plates.
Although, the griddle does not contain a removable plate, and you can only remove the two drip trays. Therefore, the best way to clean the griddle plates would be the same way as the Basic Grill Plates. The George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor Grills feature either ceramic or nonstick grill plates.
Some of the Indoor/Outdoor grills have a non-stick coating while others are ceramic. Both can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a sponge. Then, rinse them off. What I think works best is to first carefully wipe down the grill surface with a wet paper towel placed in plastic tongs while the grill is still hot.
