To get SIV working again (which is the only Gigabyte app that I use) I had to completely uninstall all Gigabyte apps / services, then reboot, then install just the app center and then install SIV. By the way, I manually downloaded and installed both the App center and SIV, I did not let the app center download and install SIV. Hope this helps.

The .msi file listed appeared to be the uninstaller for SIV. I then decided to attempt a clean reinstall of all Gigabyte software on my system. I uninstalled all Gigabyte software I could find in Control Panel and Settings, then went through every possible install directory and deleted any folder having anything to do with Gigabyte.

Dec 27, 2018 . System 3 Pump is my 2nd front intake fan. The names of the fans in SIV (Syestem fan 1, 2 and 3 pump) is just reflecting the fan plug connectors on the motherboard (also called the fan headers) you have to manually inspect and look what fan is connected where, and then you can choose the placement in the program, to easier knowing what fan you are changing settings for.

And Bios, with that u dont need a usb drive for updating your bios. just download the bios file from the Gigabyte homepage and run it with the bios programm in the appcenter. the rest is useless. even their aorus engine, for controlling the gpu fan, is useless. i personally use msi afterburner. 2.

I have a Gigabyte B450 aorus elite and I can't even make SIV and Easy Tune launch. I got App Center from here, and it seems to work then from the same site I downloaded and installed SIV and Easy Tune, they don't seem to work they don't even appear in the app center. So I unistalled SIV and ET and re-installed them with no luck.

SIV start the service automatically when you start it, load a saved profile, apply it and you can close SIV because the profile is applied into Bios. Then, stop the easy tune service and that's it. It's not as simple as clicking twice, but it's the only way I found to prevent the service to start and stay running. 1. level 2.
