Use your strength training rest days to do cardio. Double up and do both weights and cardio three days a week and suddenly you have no true rest days. Even if you are a trainer yourself, it doesn’t hurt to work with a coach or someone experienced in fitness competitions if this is your first time.
Gymnasts will bring their own personal safety equipment (e.g., wrist braces and specialized footwear), but spotting belts are a good idea to have on hand. You may also plan to sell or rent out personal safety equipment from your gym. Students compete in rhythmic gymnastics with specialized gymnastics equipment.
Some new gym owner’s look to cut costs and purchase used equipment, but this can give their potential members a bad first impression and, after the equipment starts breaking down, a good reason for them to quit your new gym.
