If Hasselblad, despite all efforts, is not able to verify the described (or any other) problem, the product will be returned without repair. The customer will be informed about the NFF situation by the Hasselblad business partner with whom the customer has had dealings. The item will not be returned before all relevant testing has been carried out.
After re-assembly, a functional check of the body is made and firmware is checked and upgraded if necessary. If Hasselblad, despite all efforts, is not able to verify the described (or any other) problem, the product will be returned without repair.
Hasselblad reserves the right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical errors.
