A Senior Identification Card (proof of age is required), available free of charge at the CO A Info and Referral Office (Rm. 32), is required in order to participate in many of these programs and services. We are supported by City appropriations, fund-raising, private donations and grants.
Created under Chapter 495 of Massachusetts General Laws, Acts of 1956, and established by City Codes 4-2 in 1964, the CO A mission is to provide services designed to improve the quality of life for Haverhill residents who are 60 years of age or older.
