953 reviews of Hawaiian Telcom "I don't care what the ad says or how big the font is, I wasn't getting "high-speed internet for $19.99"--except maybe on a Friday night at 9PM. Most of the time it was slower than AOL 1.0 on dial-up, and I could never watch TV shows online. WTH? It's 2008! The customer service at the office sucks and is even worse over the phone.
