Back in Nov. 2021 I canceled my service with Hawaiian Telcom for doubling their prices yet the service was poor. I paid the balance in full right then and there. I was told they would send me a shipping label to return the equipment since there is not an office in my area (none on the island I live on) I can return it to.
From their non-existent customer service to the constant internet blackouts, Hawaiian Telcom stays true to their reputation as being the worst ISP/cable provider in the islands. I recently had problems connecting to the internet after exchanging my old modem for a newer version.

@HawaiianTel We called support and they sent a technician to look at our internet but they couldnt find anything wrong with it. We've been having issues and slowdowns for the past week on fiber in Mililani. Fairly certain the issue is not us as I checked all the cables and router
