Install Hawken water filter kit on water loop (indoors) and clean regularly. Submit Warranty Registration to Hawken Energy within 15 days of purchase. Install furnace according to Owner’s Manual and use only Authorized Hawken parts and accessories. Note: Check the Hawken website for periodic product updates and service bulletins.
Our Hawken HE 2100 is 6 years old and developed a leak. Called the company and they told us that water samples weren't sent in so no warranty coverage. They will sell us a new one "discounted", plus sales tax and delivery charges, but that's all.
