Some TVs however, may give you the option to play audio through both the TV's internal speakers AND an external audio device simultaneously. This is a TV Feature - Some TVs have it, some don't; even TVs under the same brand can have different results for this matter.
The audio is then transmitted wirelessly to the headphones which let you adjust the volume to your liking. When these headphones are in use, the volume emitted by the TV’s speakers isn’t affected in any way.
