Removing the handle on a Bissell ProHeat 2X® Revolution® is quite easy. Before you begin, make sure to have a Phillips head and flathead screwdriver. First, remove both tanks from the Revolution. Then, unwrap the cord by twisting the easy cord release. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screw from the carry handle on the back of the machine.

Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screw from the carry handle on the back of the machine. Then, from each side of the machine, pull the carry handle towards you to pop it off the machine. You will then use your Flathead screwdriver to pry the small clip outward and pull up on the handle to remove it.
