HyperX Cloud Orbit s replacement mic. Hey all, I have the Cloud Orbit S. The microphone was never very good to start, it was VERY quiet even against my mouth. I took it out of the socket and replaced it a few times, but still had issues. It then stretched one time when it was not put in right, and no longer works.

HyperX Cloud Orbit S Charging Issues. Have had my Cloud Orbit S for a few months and loving it. There's been one recurring issue that is bugging me: the headset is plugged into a USB port on my PC, it says in the Orbit software that it's charging but actually it's not. The headset then just switches off when the battery indicator dips under 10%.

The HyperX Cloud Orbit S builds a world of audio around you with Audeze planar magnetic drivers and Waves Nx head tracking and 3D audio technology.
From a basic use perspective, the HyperX Cloud Orbit S is almost identical to the Audeze Mobius, and that’s a good thing. The headset shares most of its predecessor’s features, like the fantastic 3D audio and planar magnetic drivers, on top of the physical similarities.
If you wish to listen to any music, movie, or game on the Orbit S without Waves Nx, you can turn it off by pressing the 3D button. The headset's microphone is excellent. Test recordings sound clean and crisp, with no hint of muddiness, distance, or sibilance.
Head tracking technology, only available on the Cloud Orbit S, tracks the tiniest head movements nearly 1000 times a second to provide total immersion as it stabilizes in-game audio environments to deliver pinpoint sound localization.

The headset includes three detachable cable options, so you can complete your dream setup with immersive 3D audio, whether gaming on PC, Xbox One, PS4, or Mobile. There was a problem filtering reviews right now.
The Revolver family has stereo and Plug-N-Play Dolby 7.1 Surround models, which both feature studio-grade sound stages and next-gen drivers that excel in FPS and open environment settings. Both headsets feature durable solid-steel frames, and signature HyperX memory foam for comfort.
The microphone pop filter reduces popping sounds, and the mic can be positioned just the way you like it. You can easily remove the mic when you’re done gaming and just want to listen to music.
