The initial joy of I-Cybie is dampened by the fact that you must charge the battery for 6-8 hours before you can even turn the toy on. The remaining joy is drowned after waiting 8 hours on Christmas Day only to find out that the charger doesn't work; there is no company support; and that the charger problem is a well known fact in the industry.
