Preface The purpose of this manual is to provide the information needed to use the latest enhancements to the Panel View window in the Indian Health Service (IHS) Icare (BQI) population management application.

Confidential emotional support by trained listeners and wellbeing resource referrals are available now for any County employee struggling with grief, stress or just looking for more balance in life.
