To load the first bar on the machines I'm familiar with (barfeeder is empty): 1. Barfeeder in manual mode and channels are closed. 2. Send pusher all the way home. Now is a good time to zero the machine (double blue buttons and 0 asse or something stupid and also the the T asse) 3. Open channels.

Feb 18, 2014 . IEMCA Bar loader. I'm working with a very old IEMCA Mini Boss 325 CNC/37. Last night I got a "Execute Motor Maintenance" alert on the display. I checked and cleaned the motor brushes as per the manual. The problem I'm having now is I can't reset the alert.
