When you're working on your inclusion enrollment updates in the Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR) module of eRA Commons, the system will automatically open a separate HSS window. You will see the Human Subjects and Clinical Trial (HSCT) form, where you can enter your enrollment data.
Consistent with the Inclusion Across the Lifespan policy, recipients are now required to submit participant-level data on sex/gender, race, ethnicity, and age at enrollment in progress reports. This applies to applications submitted for due dates January 25, 2019 or later.
You will see the Human Subjects and Clinical Trial (HSCT) form, where you can enter your enrollment data. Watch the timing of these two steps: Save any data you already entered in RPPR, then add your inclusion enrollment updates through the HSCT form.
The public reporting of NIH Research, Condition, and Disease Classification (RCDC) category by inclusion of women and men data is currently available on the new NIH RCDC Inclusion Statistics Report webpage for FY 2018.
