Open the Bluetooth settings from laptop (type Bluetooth in windows start or go to control panel), it will open a window. Turn ON the Bluetooth if it was OFF and look for an option where scan for new device. As the headset is in discoverable mode, your laptop should list its name and select the same for pairing.
