    Each JACS account can have up to six users, including the JACS account administrator for your firm. Each user must create a JACS User ID before being added to your account. You also must have the "manage users" privilege in JACS in order to add or remove another user.

    Neither a participant, Administrator or User may utilize JACS to obtain, or attempt to obtain, access to court records, or files that are inaccessible to the public pursuant to court rule or the access rules set forth in the JACS instructional materials.

  • Why is Jacs not available as a payment option?

    If the user name that is logging into JEDS isn't the attorney bar ID that is associated to the JACS account, JACS will not be available as a payment option. I have questions about what I should submit, where I should submit it, or a question about a previous submission.

  • Who is responsible for access to JACS?

    The participant, Administrator, and User are responsible for all access to, and use of JACS.
