5.0 General Electrical Safety Instructions Your new Jacuzzi spa is equipped with a “state-of-the-art” equipment system. It contains the most advanced safety and self-protective equipment in the industry. Nonetheless, this spa must be installed properly to insure dependable usage.
Please contact your local Jacuzzi dealer or local building department should you have any questions regarding your installation. Proper grounding is extremely important. Jacuzzi spas are equipped with a current collector system.
Your Jacuzzi® spa is equipped to allow you to customize the massage action you desire. Each model incorporates a mas- sage selector that allows you to customize the massage and performance by diverting water between various jet systems. Simply turn massage selector to position A (Combo), B, or C to divert water pressure to various jet groups.
NOTE: All Nordic Hot Tubs are configured for 240 volt operation at shipping. On 240 volt systems, use a minimum of 8 AWG wire for runs less than 40 feet. Use 6 AWG wire for runs up to 100 feet. Always use a 4-wire system.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS TOP-SIDE CONTROLS Nordic Hot Tubs are equipped with an electronic, low voltage, top-side control which makes it easy to operate the jets, light and temperature. If using the Balboa Digital controls as shown above, please follow the instructions below. JETS Touch the jet pad once to activate the low-speed pump.

What does Nordic recommend to keep my hot tub water sparkling clean, clear and sanitized? We recommend Nordic customers use granulated sodium di-chlor in our hot tubs – don’t confuse this with liquid chlorine or calcium hypochlorite. Why granulated sodium di-chlor?
