Nov 18, 2019 . Yesterday, I finally switched domain names from 3edgy6u.com to JasonL.net.This was long overdue, for a variety of reasons: I haven't used the 3edgy6u moniker in years. Honestly, it's a bit too edgy of a username for me to use these days, and also there are just random websites out there that allow numbers in usernames but disallow numbers at the start …

JASO (Japanese Automotive Standards Organization) is an organization consisting of major vehicle manufacturers in Japan. It was created as the Japanese equivalent to the API (American Petroleum Institute) specifications because those were not suitable for the unique specification needs of modern Japanese engines.
After a considerable amount of industry effort, the revised JASO T 903:2016 specification was released at the end of April. For the 2016 specification, JASO has introduced new clutch friction plate materials and new reference oils to discriminate oil performance more clearly.
For 4-Stroke applications, JASO introduced the T903 specification in 1998 as a global standard. The specification was designed to address clutch slippage problems in the field, provide the correct balance between hardware durability and catalyst protection and to improve fuel economy performance in scooter applications.
