Between 1995 and 1998, J. C. Penney entered Indonesia under partnership with Lippo Group (under their Multipolar investment arm) with the branding JCPenney Collections, also used by multiple international J. C. Penney branches across Asia during the decade. This type of JCPenney store only featured fashion for men, women and kids.
