Select the Start menu. In the Administrative Tools window, open the Services control panel. On the Services control panel, right click the WebLogic Server Windows service and click Properties. In the Properties window, click the Log On tab. Under Log on as, select This account. Then enter the user name and password of the special OS user account.

To see an example of a JMX listener, see Subscribing to Messages. The JVM in which a WebLogic Server instance runs sends messages to standard error and standard out. Server as well as application code write directly to these streams instead of using the logging mechanism.
