This beep is letting you know to slow down for your own safety. You can adjust your maximum speed on the Jeson smartphone app. Your Jetson hoverboard will also beep to let you know your battery is low or your sensor is unstable. To stop the beeping, you will need to charge your battery or recalibrate your hoverboard.

Jetson uses poor quality li-ion cells and has the BMS set with a Low Voltage cutoff that depletes the cells too much if you run the battery dead. After several cycles your cells will be toast and the BMS will cutoff power. I would burrow a friend's battery and see if it works ok. K.

No ebike is perfect, this is a thread dedicated to sharing known issues or problems with electric scooters & bikes from Jetson as well as any help and solutions you know of. Sometimes that means a DIY fix and other times it can mean a recall, software update or part replacement by a dealer.
Review the charging time for your Jetson product in the manual, and be sure to not overcharge your battery! Routinely check the battery’s charge status - Lithium-Ion batteries continue to slowly discharge (self-discharge) when not in use or while in storage.

Next hold and press the power button for about three seconds. You will notice the lights begin to flash. You can use this method to recalibrate your Jetson hoverboard three times consecutively. If the problem persists, you should contact help@rideJetson.com for further assistance.

Determine that the key switch or power switch is in the on position. If the scooters uses a fuse, look at the inside of the fuse to see if it is burned-out. The fuse may need to be removed from the scooter and held up to a source of light to determine if it is burned-out or not.
You have to understand one thing first: when the scooter’s battery is low, it will switch on, but the motor will not run. On the other hand, when the battery is empty, it won’t even switch on, let alone the engine. So, if you’re not getting any power on the electric scooter, most likely the battery is empty.
Try charging the battery pack for 8 hours and then see if that helps. It is a good practice to not leave the battery charger plugged into the scooter for more than 12 hours due to the possibility of overcharging and damaging the battery pack if the battery charger happens to malfunction.
