Replaced heat block and thermasistor - metered new one at 112k so assume it's close enough. Run pid auto tune and it goes into thermal run away, looks to have Marlin 2.0 community build on it. I noticed a few things..so need clarification. His printer doesn't have a little steel cover over the thermasistor, new heat blocks didn't come with them ...

May 12, 2019 . Use the LCD in the MOVE menu and Move Z down slowly (0.01mm steps) until the probe triggers. This is when the red LED light comes on. Take the current Z value on the printers LCD screen and negate it. (so a value shown of 1.6 becomes -1.6), this is the offset between your print Nozzle and the sensor height.

For more info, please click here. A common problem beginners have the JGaurora 3D printers is bed adhesion, especially with the coated glass "diamond glass" sheet that come with the A5, A5S, A3S and A1. My experience has been that this coating is fantastic -- as long as you use it correctly.
