I already experimented with retraction values up to 16mm and Speeds between 40 and 60mm/s, I'm doing Z-Hops, increased travelspeed to 150mm/s, tried out coasting, even switched the nozzle, but the stringing just doesn't end. Still not as stiff as the A1 which uses thicker sheet metal. I have not need the A3S personally, but the smaller size also give a stiffness advantage. ... The JGcreate I got with my printer was an ancient version of Cura - it was years out of date - I use Cura 4.4 which has JGaurora profiles included - latest Cura version is 4.5.

My experience has been that this coating is fantastic -- as long as you use it correctly.

Replaced heat block and thermasistor - metered new one at 112k so assume it's close enough. Run pid auto tune and it goes into thermal run away, looks to have Marlin 2.0 community build on it. I noticed a few things..so need clarification. His printer doesn't have a little steel cover over the thermasistor, new heat blocks didn't come with them ...

The heat bed (the manufacturer calls it a “Black Diamond Glass Heated platform”) is a glass plate with some additional coating, comparable to the Anycubic Ultrabase. Before we started the first prints on the JGaurora A5 3D printer, we had to manually calibrate the bed.
