Oct 05, 2016 . We’ve had a Jindara Kimberley for around 10 years now. It’s well made and works as well as it did when purchased. It could throw out a little more heat sometimes. It has double skinned sides which are probably a safety feature which means much of the radiant heat is reduced and directed upwards.

If you wanted to estimate how much wood you burned daily your weight data would only be useful if you burn wood of the same density all the time, and wood that has the same constant level of dryness. Yes, I'd agree with that. I burn exclusively Iron Bark, a mix of 10 to 15 year dead trees & stuff ring barked in the 50's over 10,000 acres.

My new Jindara was installed recently. This is my second Jindara. The first was free standing and worked really well. Really disappointed that the new Kimberley smokes a lot. I have had 5 wood heaters in the past and this is the worst as far as smoke goes.
