The JINGTONG JT-208 covers a frequency range from 136.000 to 173.995MHz, on both receive and transmit. The frequency step size can be set to 5, 10, 12.5 or 25KHz. The transceiver doesn't know anything about amateur bands, band plans or repeater shifts, but you can define a TX/RX offset of any amount within the radio's range.
