In India only Jio and AirTel are capable to provide you eSim. if you want to get a normal Physical Sim again then you need to visit any nearest store and go through the process of same as while taking a duplicate sim. You need to provide POI (Proof Of Identity) and POA (Proof Of Address) at the Store. Some Stores also accept Aadhaar also.
