How do I download jjos for my MPC?

Once you are on the correct page for your MPC model you can see a table at the top of the screen with download links to the various different versions of JJOS: Simply click the ‘Download’ link for the version you wish to try out in your MPC.

Is jjos free to download?

The learning curve is steeper compared to Akai OS/Free JJOS, but once you get stuck in, it’s not too bad and well worth it for all the additional features available to you. For reasons unknown JJ decided to call it JJOS2XL on the MPC1000, and JJOS-XL on the MPC2500, but it’s the same operating system.
